Nossa atua\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 voltada a fortalecer a representa\u00e7\u00e3o dos munic\u00edpios e dos participantes com\u00a0menor poder de voto, garantindo que seus interesses sejam efetivamente considerados nas decis\u00f5es\u00a0da\u00a0Prevcom. Defendemos uma pol\u00edtica de investimentos respons\u00e1vel, com foco na preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0patrim\u00f4nio, gest\u00e3o adequada de riscos e busca de rentabilidade real sustent\u00e1vel no longo prazo.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Vamos trabalhar para ampliar a transpar\u00eancia, com informa\u00e7\u00f5es claras e acess\u00edveis sobre\u00a0investimentos, custos, resultados e riscos, evitando linguagem excessivamente t\u00e9cnica que dificulte\u00a0o acompanhamento pelos participantes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Defendemos um Conselho Deliberativo atuante e independente, que exer\u00e7a cobran\u00e7a t\u00e9cnica da\u00a0gest\u00e3o,\u00a0an\u00e1lise\u00a0decis\u00f5es com profundidade e evite aprova\u00e7\u00f5es autom\u00e1ticas sem o devido debate.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Teremos aten\u00e7\u00e3o permanente ao controle de custos, especialmente \u00e0 taxa de administra\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0s\u00a0despesas operacionais, buscando efici\u00eancia para preservar o saldo dos participantes.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Al\u00e9m disso, atuaremos para fortalecer a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre o Conselho Deliberativo, o Conselho Fiscal\u00a0e o Comit\u00ea de Investimentos, promovendo alinhamento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es, decis\u00f5es mais t\u00e9cnicas e\u00a0maior coer\u00eancia entre planejamento, execu\u00e7\u00e3o e fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
